Since the new management took over, everything is about money, the lighting does not work most of the time on the property, the stairwell is usually not lit up. The construction in the complex is a nightmare because they cannot get anything done, and when they do something, it is half fast, there are holes all over the property and there are no warnings where they are when it is dark outside. If you do not get a washer early in the day you will not get one probably for the whole day. There are over 700 people in this complex and only 36 washers, this property does screen tenants properly and you have no idea who your neighbors really are. The property is usually noisy, security does very little and dealing with the office personal makes me want to scream everytime I have to talk to them. I recently had to get a new mail key because it broke in the box, it took three weeks to get the key but they did not take the broken key out of the box because the work order got lost, so they changed the key hole three days after that but now the key does not work because it is the wrong one for that slot, when it rains the property floods literally because they do not have a proper drain system installed. I am entering into my fifth year here and if I do not have to do a six year here I will not, the old property manager was great but the new crew is a nightmare and there is always a new face in the office when you walk in to pay the rent.
