Smoketree Apartments

I'd rather sleep under an overpass From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I cant start tell you how bad this place is. They market this dump to students as if its a great place. Also to old farts who cant mind there own business as a quiet community. I was dumb and didnt check it out befor moving here and im kicking myself in the head for signing a lease. my problems are due to the lundrey room that not only does a bad job washing but a worst job drying, and thats if they work in the first place. Thats comes out to an average of $3 per load. then the not heater pool, I had to pay for my cable to be installed and an insect problem that I have never seen befor. This is my 7th apartment complex and must say I'd reather be under an over pass. the apartment staff makes there own rules and are impossable to work with. I can count on one hand how many times i need to get in the office and they were closed "out for lunch" at 2:30 pm! they close at 5:00.
