      Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Our maintenance team is trained to address all service requests by policy. We understand that it's frustrating when things go wrong and our team is always ready to help out. In order to be most efficient and assist all residents fairly, service requests follow a certain protocol. Since 2x2 apartment homes have 2 full bathrooms, when just one toilet has an issue in that type of apartment home it isn't considered an emergency. Our community manager decided to escalate the matter and treated it as an emergency anyway, calling a plumber to service your apartment home immediately. Parking permits were implemented to assist in providing a more comfortable and convenient resident experience. The worry of finding parking has been a mounting concern for many residents. Parking permits distribute to residents takes the stress out of wondering if there will be enough spaces available. We have noted your concerns over the laundry, residents are aware of laundry room rules, however it seems that we may need to issue a reminder. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It seems that from your review, the breaker may still be giving you problems, our team is always here to assist and will be looking into the matter.
