Sonoran Apartments

We were pretty happy here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Positive: Great maintenance staff. They were very responsive to fixing all of our requests. Office staff also seemed professional and courteous. They also extended our lease even after it expired to accomodate our closing date on our new house. Newer appliances including full sized washer/dryer in each apartment. A couple of the floor plans are creative and stray away from the "typical apartment" feel. Negative: We lost our parking card and were forced to pay $25 for a new one even though other residents used an access code to get into same gates! Management refused to give out code even though others were freely using it. Parking also is pretty poor here unless you have an apartment on the South or Southwest end of the complex. You get one free covered space. The rest is a free for all. We once called management because somebody had parked in our reserved covered spot. They sent out a security guard who told us there was absolutely nothing he could do for us.
