In the year that we lived there, we had nothing but problems. (Toxic)Mold is a huge problem. Constant problems with the manager. It took many calls to get anything done. When we moved out they would not give us a walk through. 2 days later we had a bill for $800 for severe carpet damage. At worst it was standard wear and tear. DON'T MOVE HERE.

You lived there for only a year and you had wear and tear on your carpet. What kind of dirty trailer park residents were you. Gross, I'm hope I dont move in to your old place.
