Great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 3 responses   Okay folks, I have lived here for a year and, hounestly, I don't have a clue what these people are complaining about. Any maintanaince request was taken care of the very next day. No problems with bugs (we were on the second floor)and the utility bills were never outragous (meaning they are fairly well insalated appartments). The area is great! Very conveniently located to WHATEVER you could need. They are suprisingly quiet for the location (close to the 10, but with a park in between.) Finally, it is gated, which ads a feeling of security. The only downside is that you are LIVING IN AN APPARTMENT! You will deal with the same things you deal with at every other appartment! You may have a neighbor who is loud and obnoxious. You may have kids playing in the parking lots. Those who dogs won't allways clean up after them. These are things you will find at any appartment complex! That doesn't make the place horrible, it makes it lived in. And you will never be able to change those around you. If you want peace and quiet and to avoid all other humans you will have to rent or buy a house. Stop complaing about things that you come across at every complex! Highly recomended for those of you with realistic expectations.
