DONT LIVE HERE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   The office staff is completely RUDE,especially Pam. They raise your rent every year at least $150 and do not value good tenants. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing,including using the bathroom. The supposed "gated community" is not really gated since the gates have been broken for 6 months now but we still pay extra for the "gated community". Cars have been stolen off the lot.
