Great management that cares (or at least seems to) about you being happy with you apartment. When I first moved in, we had to call maintenance 3-4 times the first 2 weeks, but once the initial issues were taken care of, we have not had to call maintenance in 6 months for any reason other than to get new air filters for the HVAC. Rent is (mid 800's for a large two bedroom w/dining room) not bad, but in the extreme heat and cold, the building's age comes out through your heating and cooling bill. I would recommend this property to my friends.
