Sonterra at Paradise Valley

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   it was a nice place when i moved in, but it has all been downhill since then. No highspeed internet access, the phone and cable company that used to be here no longer services this complex so we are stuck with qwest for phone service and they really suck and direcTV for sattelite. There is also a leak in my bedroom whenever it rains the floor floods and everything gets soaked, but to try and get someone to fix it is a nightmare. I have been trying to get it fixed for almost 3 years now and no one will seal the damn holes or wherever the water is coming in from. I recommend that no one should move in here, find a better place.
