I moved into Sonterra a little over a month ago and from the first day I have been complaining about excessive noise. I brought it to the staff and nothing was done for 2 weeks, so I went to the manager. The manager was very nice and told me that it would be taken care of that week. That was 3 weeks ago and guess whatNOTHING had been done yet! The noise is like that of a car driving over a wooden bridge. A loud squeak every time my upstairs neighbor walks in the center of their bedroom. If I could break my lease without having to pay the remainder of it, I would leave today.

I am residing here for last 4 years. The only reason is my office is near by & have some family friends around here. The current management is horrible. The previous management was way better & use to listen to concerns. The AC is the worse issue & in summer you end up paying huge electricity bills. So many times I have asked, if I can get the senior management phone numbers. But was never given to me.
