Not the best for your money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived here for 13 months and have decided to not renew my lease. The apartments are awful in keeping out sound. I hear the upstairs neighbors at all hours and thier washing machines and also hear the baby crying in the apartment on the other side of my bedroom. The parking- forget it, it is awful and no room for visitors 98% of the time. This gated community is more of a hassel than protection. There is always problems with the gate and openens VERY SLOW! The staff is nice, no complaints there. But for the amount of money I have shelled out each month for a "luxury" apartment it has not been near luxury. Since you are not "buying" the place, I would recommend going somewhere cheaper... you will get the same amenities-
