We need a change in management here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Parking sucks, I was ticketed recently because there is absolutly no parking available. People during the evening park anywhere they can make a spot . I was the lucky one who got the ticket! Management sucks. The maintenance dept. sucks even more. The maintenance manager walks around with his head up his _ss, and thinks he's... " I dont know what! Oh, and the electric bills are a real treat! My lowest 126.00 in March, my highest 187.00 in Sept. for a 2 bdrm. I've lived in several apt. communities in the area over the past 10 or so years, my highest utility bill ever, at any one of those other communities was never over 125.00. Very poor insulation here.
