Sonterra at Paradise Valley

renter beware From: annoyed_consumer Date posted: 8/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Aside from the noise and being on a busy main street, the crime in the area has become worse than parts of the inner city. The security gates have been broken for over a month and most of the entry gates have been busted and remain open. Last month the mail boxes were broken into and the management didn't bother to notify the tenants that were affected. I just found out today that the complex adjacent to Sonterra went low income a few months ago and explains why the rise in crime rates. Another piece of information the management should have told the residents. I'm seriously thinking of taking Sonterra to court to break the lease.
