Sonterra at Paradise Valley

Perfect Location, Very friendly and helpful office staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have only pleasant experiences in Sonterra. I have been living here for last 8 months. All my requests were completed on same day in 90% cases. Apartments are specious. Also, once I locked restroom and the the master bedroom by mistake and called after hours emergency number. Help arrived exactly after 20 minutes. That was really great. Though I finally could open the doors but reponse to such emergency calls was prompt and exceeded my expectations. Only issue was of GATES, they were working only 50% time when I was there. Since I used to park next to the gate I was bit nervous about it. I would surely recommend Sonterra particularkly for its proximity to shopping malls. gricery stores, walmart and hospitals.
