Is this pace really that bad' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Im really considering moving in Sonterra this summer but hearing all these bad reviews is making me reconsider. This place seems so perfect to me. the Pearl floor plan is exactly what Im looking for! You guys keep talking about how thin the walls are. I dont really want to hear my neighbors taking a ---- in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning! I dont want to have to make my friends park on the other side of Tatum, Im not driving my drunk ass to pick or drop them off! Theres probably only bad reviews because you guys all got evicted or in trouble or something.
