I HATE It!!!m Scummy Piping System From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Thae pipes are what link all my water assets togather... Well the Bathtub is covered in Redish, orangish, black scum that is NOT normal. The dish washer has ruined all of my silverwear with a "rust like" substance. All of my whites that i clen in the washer now have a dirty orange tint to them. And they did not fix it. They covered it up. Alot like when you were 6 and stuffed everything under your bed when you were tolk to clean your room. Half Ass work. I have the unit very close to the maintenence office and i walk by almost everyday and see them sitting on there butts watching TV when they could be fixing my problem the RIGHT way. They told me when i signed my lease that the pool was open 24 Hours and Guess what. ITS NOT!!! I was also told that i have a courtyard view and guess what... I DONT!!! So please if you want to live with no worries... DONT RENT HERE!!! 3 words BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU!!!
