Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007

I lived at this complex for one year. My apartment was on the top (3rd floor). I never had any problems with the staff or management of this property. The people in the front office were always courteous and friendly.

I never heard noise from my next door neighbor. Toward the end of my residency, a noisy small family moved in below me and I could hear doors closing and a man talking loudly on a fairly regular basis.

One thing I did not appreciate was that after I moved in I tried to set up cable television and internet with the local company Cox. I was told that they cannot set up service at this apartment. I then found out from the staff that I have to use some other company whom they have chosen. I thought the price was unreasonable and I just opted to not have cable television while living there. I did set up internet with Qwest.

Visitor parking is non-existant. Your guests will most likely have to park in the front of the building. All parking in the rear is covered and reserved except for a few small lots open to visitors which are usually filled with cars used by residents with multiple vehicles.

No problems with maintenance except that I believe there is some kind of issue with the pipes in my building. Water would sometimes sputter out of the faucet and the toilet would make sputtering sounds when it was refilling after flushing it. This all started happeneing about a week after they notified me that water would be shut down while they make repairs. The issue continued throughout my residency but it was never enough of a nuisance for me to make an issue of it with the office.

They do a good job of maintaining the grounds. Grass always looks nice and exterior is well maintained.

They motivated me to move out when they increased my rent 100.00 per month at the end of my lease. I met with them to negotiate but the staff member said that they have a waiting list of people of want in. I had her fill out my intent to vacate notice and moved to a new complex the following month.

Very happy where I am at now.
