Sonterra at Paradise Valley

Have not had a problem... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Just moved from horrible situation at Saddleback; where the guy above me did wind sprints up and down the floor till 3am....Great place, very quiet, a bit expensive...could use an upgrade in the fitness center...Nice touch with the newspaper stand, vending machines, gated parking...Staff seems and is, very friendly, straight forward. Will look out for the raise in rent though...Alot of Paki's live here as well as many Apartments in this area....Outsourcing in the US now seems the norm.
