Wouldn't live there again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Lived there for 6 months, had to break my lease early due to personal issues. But glad I did, I HAD to get OUT!!!! Carpet smelled like cat when I moved in, complained and was told I should have mentioned something before moving in I wasn t in the apartment before I moved in! The ground are nicely kept, although landscaping is done bring and early at 6 on weekdays. The gate did not work for the entire time of my stay. This was a huge problem for me; I lived alone, and felt the added security of a gate would be nice. WRONG! The only good thing I can say is the penalty for breaking your lease is only an additional months rent, unlike many other places I have lived when they ask for your first born and $2000 . The place is full of ethnic people, and kids. Not bad but the place smells throughout the night. And parking FORGET ABOUT IT! You have your one space, but if you ever have roommates or company suggest they bring tennis shoes for the mile walk they will encounter. There was a new baby in the apt next to me, and trust me you can hear EVERYTHING throught the walls.
