Sonterra at Paradise Valley

Beware, never get into these apartments. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Very very expensive and you never even get 10% you pay, Fitness centre is very very bad and equipment is very old. Grounds are always with full of Dog shits. We can really find very nice apartment with the lesser prise than these near by. Parking is very bad, fair chances of hitting with the opposite vehicle. One good thing is staff is very friendly. Poor insulation.
