Sonterra at Paradise Valley

A little pricey but ok From: Pal2001 Date posted: 4/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Lived here for 1.5 years. Don't have too many complaints. The pricing is a bit high and continues to climb up. The exercise room needs updating big-time. Pool and spa are nice, spa sometimes is cold but usually fixed in a day or so. Maintenance staff is VERY good. They are usually here in 24 hours or less. Office staff for the most part are ok, there are a couple ladies that could use attitude adjustments every now and then. Parking is ok, not great. Walls are quite thin. We are on the 2nd floor and can hear quite a bit going on above us, especially t.v. or music, even walking. If you are considering moving here move to the top floor, it will be much better than a bottom or middle floor. Kitchen cabinets need updating as do countertops. For this area and price there should be a few more upgrades in the apartments. Again, it is abit pricey.
