After being wooed and sweet talked into moving to Sonterra, my roommate and I made the exciting venture to a third floor apartment. Within days, the people who live below us started banging on their ceiling with a broom when I would do any sort of moving about, including laundry in the middle of the day. Without warning we recieved a notice on our door stating that if we had one more complaint we would be evicted. Not once did security or office staff come to our unit. I went to the front desk to speak with the manager and was attacked immediately and informed that she absolutely will take us to court if we don't quiet down. Needless to say, we recieved an eviction notice one week later after two employees of the complex came up to verify complaints and laughed when they heard what little noise we were making. One was watching an episode of Grey's Anatomy at four in the afternoon. I was informed that I was no longer welcome in the office and that my roommate would have to deal with this situation on her own. We had to leave three months after signing our lease with a one week notice. We are now recieving phone calls from debt collectors that we continue to redirect to our lawyers.
If this sounds like a good time, then Sonterra is the place for you.
