Typical corporate owned and managed type of place where you get the same ol sales pitch and I predict the same ol kind of treatment.

Appliances looked really old which I know means much higher energy bills for me. Another way for the corporation that ownsd the place to pass on unfair and indirect costs to me

Think I ll stick with wher I live for now where the owner actually knows who I am.
