In my opinion, while living at "The Springs," the grounds and/or common living areas were dirty and not routinely maintained. Yes, the grass was cut on a regular basis, but the grounds (i.e., trash consistently around the trash containers; screens missing from windows; porches/apartments not painted when needed; plumbing problems;and sometimes repairs not made in a timely fashion.)This community also offers very few amenities.
