It was my first time to live in Phoenix. I must say, not nearly as nice as what I am used to in Mesa and Scottsdale. But, it was ok. The neighbors were nice. Except the people above me with their wild child running day and night..very noisy. Water leaks from their vacant apt above me when the wild child moved out. It pretty much flooded my storage room and bathroom. The appliances were very old. The carpet was old. The whole place was pretty old. They seemed to have a problem with the outside lighting, I would come home late and it would be pitch black on my side of the complex often. The pool on my side was always closed for contamination. It is gated but, I never could get the office to put my info into the gate for visitors and finally had to insist on getting the gate code for them to visit, after walking up numerous times in the rain to let my guest in. Not worth the price. The design is nice. Just needs to be updated. Plus the big oversized security guy was always snooping around and I even caught him spying in on me through the patio door right before i moved out. Beware of him. He also liked to sneak up on guest in the parking lot before they could get out of the car after parking. A little creepy. The office seemed to have a problem with the staff. I think it switched 3 times in the year I lived there. I heard it used to be a great place to live. Never know, they may have gotten it together and made it nice again. I would'nt live there again myself.
