I would not recommend The Springs to anyone. The apartments themselves are old, with old appliances and outdated bathrooms. And good luck getting maintainance over to fix anything. Parking is a nightmare, and the parking lot has huge potholes. It calls itself a gated community, but the gate has not worked for the last year and a half. There are very few ammenties in this complex. The floorplans are on the large side, but that is the only plus on a long list of minuses. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!!!!!
