since the springs is now converting to condos the attitude seems to be "pay your rent and shut up." the management is even more unhelpful than they were before, something i didn't think was possible. constuction noise starts at 6:45am and does not cease until after 6pm. i can not stand this place, and i wouldn't live in one of the "condos" if it was given to me for free. with the phoenix housing market starting to cool down a little bit i hope no one buys these old crappy "condos" which the owner is trying to fix up with a little bit of paint.
