I have lived in the Springs now for 2yrs and have yet to use my master bathroom. From day one the roof leaked, it took threats of calling the fair housing and rental commission to get them to fix it and then the ROACH problem started. Were not talking typical roaches , were talking the kind you mistake for a small dog with wings. Every time it rains it gets worse, and its not just one or two. Its 5 or more. Falling from the celling on my face as I slept, crawling up my leg while in the shower. The exterminator says to just burn the apt to the ground its that bad. Now they are going to SELL these as condos. What are they smokin in that pipe' That makes them think that people would actually purchase one of these units' Then there is the parking. For the first year it seemed like everytime I came home there was NO WHERE to park, Even my own " private " space was taken up by someone , I had to go door to door asking who parked in my spot. Did the staff do anything' Of course not they never answered the phone when I call. Then the A/C unit started to leak around 11pm. So I called " Emergency " matinence and at first they couldnt speak English and hung up on me. After the 3rd time calling them , they told me to put a bucket under it and hung up again. As soon as my lease is up I am gone and my advice to you is to JUST KEEP DRIVING!! FAST!!

I second that- just drive right past this hellhole!! I really, really hope that people do not buy this condos. It is a horrible place to live and I can not wait to get out of here.
