DON'T BUY THESE CONDO'S

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 2 1/2 YEARS, MAINLEY BECAUSE OF THE SIZE AND PRICE OF THE APARTMENTS.

BUT IT WAS NOT WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.

AFTER LIVING THROUGH THE MILDEW IN MY CARPET FROM UPSTAIRS LEAKS, COCKROACHES THAT FALL ON MY FACE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, HOLES IN MY CEILINGS I COME TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE "LOST MY ORIGINAL LEASE" AND NOW HAVE 30 DAYS TO MOVE, WITH TWO SMALL CHILDREN.

THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THAT THEY ARE BEGIN RENOVATIONS ON MY APARTMENT AND NEED ME OUT.

THEY REPLACED THE A/C UNIT ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO LEAVING A HUGE HOLE IN MY CEILING NEVER RETURNING TO REPLACE THE VENT.

OH AND I FEEL SORRY FOR WHOEVER BUYS THIS ---- HOLE, BECAUSE THE UP STAIRS APARTMENT FLOODED MY APARTMENT, AND THEY NEVER REPLACE THE INSTALATION (NICE BLACK MOLD LAWSUIT FOR THE NEXT PERSON).

I JUST HOPE WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE AND THEY MOVE ALL THE OLD RESIDENTS OUT THEY GET RID OF THE UN-EDUCATED IMIGRANT THEY HAVE WORKING IN THE OFFICE.

SHE DOESN'T KNOW PROPER ENGLISH OR HER BUTT FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND.

ATLEAST WHEN I AM OUT OF HERE I WILL HAVE PEACE OF MIND KNOWING THAT HOPEFULLY SOON SHE WILL BE OUT OF A JOB.
