THese condos are a nightmare. I moved in once renovated and thought I was getting a good deal. NOT!! Hot water doesn't work, maitinence doesn't speak english or know how to fix anything. THe cockroaches and gnats invest the apartment and not too mention leaky roofs and I experienced two break-ins while living there!! "With 24 hour security"!!! So I advise anyone to stay away.
