My wife and I rented a 3BD/2BA apartment with garage and couldn't have been more satisfied. We lived there for five months until we bought a house but would've been happy to live there longer.
The leasing staff was always helpful, and the maintenance crew was really on top of anything that needed fixing. And if there was ANY question about the repair lasting, they just replaced it altogether.
The grounds are nicely kept up, the pool we used was always clean, and the cookies in the lobby were always yummy. : )
We recommend The Springs at Yorkshire wholeheartedly!

Ummm....I don't work for the complex at all. My wife and I were indeed very satisfied with the Springs and would recommend it.
My thought is that there's never pleasing some people... Those who are complainers will never be satisfied, no matter what.
If anyone wants to ask me specific questions about my positive experiences at the Springs, go ahead and ask!
