GREAT NEW CONDOS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I have lived here as a renter and now as a recent buyer. The imporvements being made by the new company are noiceable. The landsaping is beautiful and the hotubs are all being refinished. The lighing at night is much improved. As the renters move out and homeowners move in you can see the level of pride in ownership is showing.
