As a resident for a few years this place use to be decent. That is until the hood moved in. This place constantly has break ins. Cars are always stolen and you can hear your neighbors breath though the walls. They used to run background checks on residents but now they take anyone with a pulse. The one woman assistant manager is good though and I give her a lot of credit. The other dude (manager) has issues. He doesn't respond to anything nor does he care about any of the residents. If you need an apt and dont mind ghetto living conditions, noise at all hours of the night and your car getting broken into then by all means sign a lease.

Hmmm...I've lived here for over a year and my husband and I have not experienced or seen any of the issues stated in this review. However, I admit, it is a very large complex and many apartments near us are currently vacant, so we are in a beautiful, quiet section. We liked the old management much better. So, we too, choose to deal with the lady assistant manager because sadly, the male manager seems to care less about the residents.
