Lived here for a couple years now. When apt was Legacy Park had NO PROBLEMS. Now that we have a new name Sterling Park and new management Mark Taylor for the past year everything has gone to s@@@! Had a car stolen. My upstairs neighbors sound a like a heard of cattle.There are a bunch of drug user punks on the property, and when you talk to the office people, they just BLOW YOU OFF< THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Maintainance has entered my property w/out permission and Mona Roberts who is the manager is a JOKE, she never is in the office, she does not return calls and the best. I am trying to purchase a home and i will need to break my lease...check this out in order to do so I will A: NEED TO PROVIDE A 60 DAY NOTICE B: PAY A $1200.00 BUY OUT FEE, ON TOP OF THE 2 MONTHS RENT NEEDED AND C. ANY MOVE IN LEASE RENEWAL INCENTIVES I RECIEVED. MY TOTAL MOVE OUT TO BREAK MY LEASE WILL BE ABOUT 3,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM UPSET AND DISGUSTED THAT THIS IS EVEN LEGAL!! THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND MANAGER MONA SUCK. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX BUT I WARN YOU, DO NOT MOVE IN IT IS JUST ONE HEAD ACHE AFTER ANOTHER you are better off living somewhere else! AVOID STERLING PARK APARTMENTS

Hey idiot, you SIGNED A LEASE! If you were planning on moving, even tentatively, you should have gone month-to-month. Yes, contrary to popular belief by fools like you, leases are legally binding. Wake up and smell the cat shitt, retard!

When you signed the lease it says exactly what you have to pay in order to break it. How about you learn to read and stop bashing the management because you didn't read a legal document correctly!
