awful management! and residents From: tjb48393 Date posted: 9/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Hi, I moved here in 03, it had a good management, but now, I don't know what happened, they are not responsive at all. I have a neighbor that has a dog that craps on the balconey. I complained numerous times, and the management hasn't done much. There is still crap there as I type this. The smell comes through my windows, even with the windows shut. Another thing. One of the dryers isn't working, I"ve lost money twice, and I called informed the management, gave them the dryer number, and they did nothing, then I left a message asking if I was responsible for this and they returned my call and said yes, its the residents responsiblilty to call maytag, what a load of crap, the time they used to call me they could've called maytag. Its still out of order, and the only way I know is because the note I put there is still on it. I move this weekend thank God. And I'm writing Edward Rose and sons about this manager. Christine I beleive is her name. This place seems to have alot of irresponsible 18 year old partiers living here. Move in at your own risk! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
