Very Bad apartments and disgusting service all the way

this apartments is so bad you don't wanna live in a day. from management to maintenance.
1:) Site manager is unprofessional and not qualified to do the job. They show unready/filthy units, roaches everywhere. you can expect to move into not very clean unit and have to do it for yourself. Plus if something isn't ready you have to request maintenance on it, like they did not know when infact i just move in. I expected the unit to be ready a day after i moved in but, that didn't happen. all this becuase i had signed the contract and out of place at the time. Never mind that was a major mistake on my side.
2:) Office hours: Are Tue to Sat, and open/close when ever they feel like it, without any notices advicing why they close early.
3:) Maintenance:this department is worst of all. If you have maintenance issue on sunday, you are out of lock and nothing are done right away or atleast when they say it will be fixed. They have emergencey number but, guess who answers "the site manager" like she's going to dispatch maintenance! you have to keep requsting for maintenance by either call or visiting the office.Its routine at this apartments. Even though the manager is aware of your unit problem, she may say we will be there tomorrow but, is usually 3 or more days for them to fix the problem. These are small problems like leaks, electrical, and similar things. Go figure! What a bussiness !
