I moved in Summit December 3rd 2004. Moved out January 10th 2009 they don't repair things, Had 10 managment company's threw out the four years I lived there. I was sterio typed from being a garbage can thief to being a drug dealer, I was born with cerebral palsey and spinal bifida. So i'm in a wheelchair and I had more then one caregiver taking care of me. Not to mention a lot of real good friends taking care of me aswell as checking on me at differant times. They called that trafficing. I never got one notice from them about my traffic. Untill January of 09 till they served me a 30 day notice to not renew my lease. and then I still never recieved one. I was turned down for an apt because The manager put it in my rental varification. Don't you think if someone has a problem with you they should come to that person instead of another person first. One would think anyways. SO TAKE IT FROM someone whos lived there for four years. DON'T RENT THERE.
