Living at Sungate was the worst apartment experience I have ever had. It used to be nice and quiet, until they began to let anyone who showed up in the rental office with a pen to fill out the application move in. I cannot recall how many times I had to call the police and the rental office regarding the noise coming from my neighbors apartments. I spoke to a "manager" at SkyWest Properties. He said he would speak to the rental office and call me back. Of course he did not, nor did he have the courtesy to return my subsequent calls. Absolutely nothing was done, so we moved.
The problems with the noise went on for over a year, and I would be here forever describing every incident. The outgoing mailbox in the LOCKED mailroom was broken into. There were no signs of forced entry, so it was probably one of the shady tenants. Suffice it to say, you dont want to live there...trust me.
Theyre filling those apartments up with trailer trash faster than you can blink. Of course, if seeing towels and clothing hanging over the balconies, every pair of shoes a person owns sitting outside the door, children with no shoes screaming outside your door,and a general welfare mentality, then Sungate might be the place for you.
