Terrible neighbors, terrible staff, terrible safety From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   If you want to live in a place where people are stabbed, your car will be broken into, the staff will lie to you just to get you in and then ignore every complaint you have once you are in, thrity seconds worth of hot water, and drug dealers at every corner, this is a perfect place to be. They are affordable and that's why I moved here, but there is a perfectly logical reason it is the price it is...it's a dump. When you speak of slumlords, this just 'bout covers it. And don't let people tell you the fountain is nice. It is frothy, brown, and smells like the trash that's floating in it. I'd rather live back in on Main Street. I paid about the same except I expected my car to be broken into and I had enough hot water to wash my hair and shave at the same time. Don't believe a word these people say.
