i was in their one bedroom, which was big enough for my furniture plus a bit of storage. the appliances and everything looked good when i moved in. the dishwasher broke after about 7 months, but maintenance replaced it pretty quickly when they saw that it couldnt be fixed . . . otherwise, everything else seemed to work pretty good. the manager was nice and took extra time to explain the lease to me because i had a lot of my questions (this was my first apartment). the apartments were pretty quiet and the people friendly. would live here again if i moved back to phoenix.

This has got to be a submission from one of the staff there it's too clinical and fakey sounding.

Yeah. This is surely one of the staff, this place sucks. I don't have any water, and haven't had any all day....ALL DAY! Not hot water ANY water!!! Wow i'm making a BBB complaint in the morning. I recorded the non-working toilets and sinks on my cellphone and camcorder! I am suing. And they have a bunch of illegals that live here. They have staff that speak spanish, but no part of the rental application is in spanish at all...dirty people live here. I'm leaving at the end of my lease..they just don't care.

Yep. Had the same problems. No hot water (and I turned the hot water heater as high as it would go myself), the toilet was broken (as in would not stop backing up), the dishwasher was collecting stagnant water when I moved in (it took them two months to fix), I had a mosquito infestation inside the dishwasher AND the washer/dryer closet, I had a constant drip in the connections going to the dryer (I got my dad to come fix it as best he could because the apartment complex would never come out when they said they would and when they did, the problem was never fixed, just masked)...and as for the noise, what a lie! This place was never quiet on it's best day. There were always police sirens, gunshots, people walking by your windows in the middle of the night, people breaking into your apartment and car (I had mine broken into twice). The apartment complex broke my lease when I threatened to get a lawyer because the MANAGER lied to me about the safety of the community when I asked prior to signing my lease. They assured me it was totally safe and four months later, I was scared for my life. Not to mention the same manager told me he had lied to me in order to get me in there. They argued with me about that safety of the community being my responsibility to find out. The management is nowhere slightly close to being polite OR respectful. This is the worst place I have EVER lived and I would choose to live in my car before I ever considered moving here again. They are disgusting people and they run a disgusting community. Do not live here unless you are a prostitute, drug dealer, or a felon. It is truly dangerous.
