We have had trouble since we moved here a year ago. A week before we were to move in, office called to advise us our apartment was no longer available (after we had called to have utilities shut-off at our existing residence and connected here.) We were advised that they did have same floorplan in phase two, on second floor instead of first. Did not realize until we moved in that apartment faces North Valley Parkway. Horrible! Motorcycles roar up and down the road day and night. Traffic noise is so loud in this apartment, we are unable to have the windows open because you can not hear tv or radio with over the road noise. We were supposed to also have a garage upon move-in, but as of our move-in date, were told there was not one available, but they should have one for us by the end of the next week. 2 weeks came and went with no garage. Was then told it would be after the first of the month and they would have one for us. After 5 weeks and still no garage, demanded to speak to assistant manager who notified us that we were not even on the waiting list for a garage. This is just one example of how incompetent the staff is here. Two months after finally getting a garage, a note was taped to the garage door asking that whoever was occupying the garage call the office as they did not know who it belonged to! Office has also lost our maintenance requests, lost our notice of intent to move after I personally handed to office staff. Pool is disgusting..green and always dirty. Went one morning when maintenance was opening the pool. Watched as he tested the water in the hot tub, and then left. Never tested pool water,skimmed the pool or cleaned cans and garbage in and around the pool, nor straightened lawn chairs, etc. Dog poop everywhere..very few people appear to clean up after their dogs.

sounds like the apt i had, second floor the floorplan with den.....we moved because of everything u said but we had soooo many scorpions!!!!! it was so bad they didnt charge us a lease break fee.....but how about this, i wanted a pool view and they said ok ur all set and on move in day we looked at the street, they were looking at the wrong map the pool view in phase 1 was available but not phase 2.....hope u get out soon im sooooo glad we did :)
