Left holding the bag From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I lived there for 18 months moved in with my ill father, they wouldnot put a ramp in for his wheelchair, so I had to dig myself a walkway from the patio and put brick down for him. As a woman this was difficult but I did it. I found out later, that they are to try to accommodate a resident and they made me pay for all the brick and sand etc and didnot even offer to help. I also had so many items to be tended for repair in my apt, and the manager at the time melinda, was not very cooperative. They finally got rid of her. All the office staff did was stand outside the clubhouse and smoke every five minutes.Very overpriced.
