RUN THE OTHER WAY! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Do not rent here! Its a waste of your money! The office staff...Caroline and Lesley! Do not care too much about their residents or what seems to happen on the property. The parking lots do not have good lighting at all and as a women I dont feel safe walking to my apartment. The "security" they have on property is a joke. They dont really do much. Well there is one guy that is god the others just kind of chill out and watch tv in the gym. Maintenance is a joke! Had a broken dishwasher and washing machine for a month before anyone came to fix it. Then when I went to the office to give my notice and complain about their crappy service she told me of all the "perks" I was entitled to for them not fixing and would hope I stay. She also told me that 97% of their residents renew their leases...since she told me that at least 5 people have moved out This place is horrible they dont care and I am sooo happy I found a better property!
