The management was throughly unprofessional and, as I have now found out, unethical. We are military, and due to a refusal of the office staff to do a walk thru of our unit in a timely manner to comply with our orders, they have charged us with over 1000 dollars in illegal and unnecessary repairs that I am quite sure were not done.
The staff does not speak english, and beyond the vermin problem, half of the residents in the complex are hiding from the INS, usually 20 people to a unit.
They are never available on the so called "24 hour" maintenacne, and seemed ok with leaving a family of 4, including and infant, without Air Conditioning for 4 days in the middle of August; also telling us we would not be compnesated if we went to a hotel.
I would strongly suggest against any military personnel living here, as they take advangtage of those of us who have to get up and move out with little notice.
Noise- if you like the sound of the Phoenix police hovering over head at 2 am in the helicopter least once a week- this is the place for you. We also had the PMPD at our door once asking about a drug dealing neighbor.
The "gated Community" is a joke. half of the time the gates are broken...keeping you from either getting in or out... or they are broken and hanging open. Not terribly secure.
All in all it was a pain in the arse to live there, and even more so now thatI find out they are taking advantage of us because we were on a time constraint due to orders. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

This is true the office staff doesn't speak English very well and are uneducated in the application of fair housing regulations. The manager is not a registered american and works under a fictious name as I know her from another place of employment and was quite surprised to hear the different name she uses. There is no on site maintenance or management which is very much so needed, the community started to get better when new owners came in 2006 with an English speaking on site mamager but then she to was ousted by the non english speaking staff. It is a shame that an american is overlooked for for staff that is also hiding from the INS. When we lived there the drinking was horendous, music playing, kids running around without supervision, drug dealing, over stuffed people in one apartment 6-9 people or 2 families in one unit,it started to get better but then the manager left out of the blue (they say??) I still have a relative living there, due to finacial reasons can't move but would like to. I would suggest Sheriff Joe Arpio housing his inmates at Terrace Park Apartments that would be real punishment!!!!
