Largest Apartments in Central Phoenix From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Big units, the 2 bed/bath units are approximately 1500 SF (they also have Hugh units that are over 1800 SF). This is real "usable" SF, not like some apartments that consider the closets part of the SF. This is an older community and many of the people have been there for years. The average age is probably forty something, and in general is friendly and outgoing. The Manager Eric is compassionate about the apartments as well as truthful and honest.
