These are really nice apartments! Larger than the typical apartment in Phoenix, and a location in central city that is ideal, these apartments are great. The management is fantastic, and they go out of their way to ensure each resident's needs and comfort level are met. Some apartments have fireplaces, while others have kitchen windows (just like you would find in a house), and with top of the line amenities, such as a library, movie theatre, state of the art gym/work-out facilities, and therapy spa, plus customized maid service, one would be hard-pressed to find a better place to live in downtown Phoenix at such a reasonable price. While these are apartments that I would not describe as "luxury", they are more than adequately comfortable. Noise levels are minimal, indicating good overall construction. These apartments are much better, and larger, than many of the new condominium developments going up around town. Too bad these are not for sale, many people would be only too happy to buy these, and they would easily sell out within a day. I would readily recommend Barrington Regent apartments as a superb place to live, because it really is a gem of a place to live in a metropolis of otherwise mediocre apartment complexes.
