If these were condos, I would have bought one!

I moved in after my employer relocated me to our Phoenix office. Thanks to all of Justin's help - I was able to sign up before I even arrived.
New to the city and not knowing anyone in Phoenix, I felt concerned about security and noise - however, I found the Barrington Regent a lovely place to live, quiet and doubly secure, with elevator access and centrally located to shopping and restaurants.
I took full advantage of the workout room, the convenient laundry facilities with free dryer usage and the full library. Social events were held every month and all the other residents were friendly.
I was spoiled by personalized birthday greetings and hand delivered overnight packages brought to my door. Both Eric and Justin took good care of me. I only had one maintenance issue - which Eric had resolved the very same day I reported it. There was no problem that they could not handle - even when I accidently dropped my keys down the elevator shaft - they contacted the elevator company and got my keys out the same day they called them.
Because I owned my own home in my previous city - my relocation benefits covered the purchase of my new home in Phoenix. If the apartment homes at the Barrington Regent were condos, I most definitely would have bought one. I loved it there so much - I cried when I left!
