Perfect For Condos, Perfect Locale From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have a friend who lives here. This is a great location for a condo complex, because there are no condos nearby. Rent is a bit on the expensive side, but if these were selling as condos, it would be awesome, because I would DEFINITELY buy one of these. This place is actually designed more in a condo design, and the amenities are exquisite. I really like this place, but I wouldn't pay the price to rent. If it were condo, that would be different. Many of our friends say the same thing. So, if you decide to make Barrington Regent into condos, I'll be the first in line!!!!
