this place is retarded. They expect you to give them 200 dollars for a deposit and 80 dollar application fee. then, they put you on a wait list and expect you to wait by the phone for a place to free up. If you decide to move into another place because you can't wait any longer, then they take your money. If they don't have a place, they just hold onto your money. If you decide that you want to remove your application and just live somewhere else, they take your money. They basically want you to stay in a hotel indefinitely and wait by the phone until they have something availible. what a joke.
shady business never profits. that's what this place is all about. stay away !!!!!!

$200 deposit and $80 app fee is a bit steep! I can see giving a $25 app fee that is maybe not refunded, but $280 that doesn't get refunded is insane...

This guy must be brain dead from making up such stuff. I put in an application fee $25. I put in a deposit $200. They called me when my turn came up on the wait list. I gave them a time limit. If the apartment wasn't ready they would give me my $200 back. They gave me a receipt saying that. Everything in writing. Real specific. Real Honest. I lived here while in Phoenix on assignment and I GIVE IT FIVE STARS
