Okay Apartments, Erin and CJ are Nice From: Honeystick Date posted: 1/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I moved out recently. Rents are too high for what you get. Erin and CJ are nice, Eric thinks he is a big shot. Stay away from Eric. They are charging higher rents including utilites and the bathroom plastic is starting to fall apart. I had a roof leak they never fixed, but it went away. Otherwise okay. Watch out for the late night bums. Old ladies are good neighbors - quiet.
